Plainfield High School Central Campus will be holding it's Operation Snowball weekend retreat at Camp Dickson in Newark, Illinois on May 6th - 8th.  Operation Snowball is a nationally recognized program that is designed to help develop positive self esteem and promote healthy decision making skills in high school students. 

The weekend consists of presenters who are both entertaining and informative who conduct workshops on such topics as drugs and alcohol, peer pressure, and sexually transmitted diseases.  Students and adult staff work in cooperation to develop a weekend program that gives students opportunities to see new perspectives on teen related problems and develop new strategies to help them cope and make positive choices that will serve them well in high school and beyond.
