District 202 Board of Education seeks nominations for Awards of Excellence

The Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 Board of Education is seeking nominations for its annual Awards of Excellence. These awards recognize some of the extraordinary efforts made each year by the district's teachers and support staff.

All teachers and support staff are eligible to be nominated. Nominations may be submitted by students, parents or fellow staff members.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 10. The Staff Recognition Committee, along with two community members, will consider the nominations and select the honorees. A program and reception saluting the 2006 recipients will be held on Tuesday, April 25 at Plainfield North High School.

Nomination forms may be picked up at any District 202 campus or at the Administration Center.
