Plainfield South sets sail for "South Pacific" from March 17-19
Rodgers and Hammerstein's legendary musical "South Pacific" will
play on the stage at Plainfield South High School from March 17-19.
The play is set on an island in the Pacific during World War II, and is
Rodgers and Hammerstein's most successful collaboration.
Show times for Friday, March 17, and Saturday, March 18, are 7 p.m.,
while the curtain goes up at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 19. Tickets are
$7 for adults, and $5 for students, seniors and District 202 faculty and
staff members.
Plainfield South, one of three high schools in Plainfield Community
Consolidated School District 202, is located at 7800 W. Caton Farm Road
in Plainfield.
