Welcome to the Eagle Pointe Media Center!
Ms. Kuhn, Media Specialist and
Ms. Gurgel, Media Clerk, enjoy providing materials and guidance to help students learn by reading and using technology. In our media center, students participate in book discussions, research special areas of interest, prepare projects to demonstrate their learning, or just curl up in a cozy spot to enjoy reading a book. Mrs. Kuhn also enjoys doing read alouds with her students. Flexible scheduling allows all students to access library materials and equipment whenever and wherever needed.
Ms. Kuhn and Ms. Gurgel are happy to collaborate with classroom teachers in order to best reinforce and enrich the curriculum. Outreach activities to benefit the greater community include book fairs and literacy events.
