• Only yellow passes from classroom teachers will be accepted.
• Students on passes must sign in at the front desk.
• A student's pass must indicate "internet" if he or she wishes to use online resources.

STUDENT IDs
Your student ID is your Media Center card. Students must have their Student ID to check out materials and to use the computers.

PERMISSION TO USE THE INTERNET
Students must have their ID with an "Internet Usage Agreement" form on file to use online resources in the Media Center.  All Internet Agreement Forms must be signed by the student and parent/guardian. All Internet use must be authorized by the student's teacher.

CHECKOUT OF MATERIALS
Most books may be checked out for a period of two weeks. Reference books and some special reserve books may only be checked out overnight.  Videos have an overnight checkout period. Periodicals are on permanent reserve, and may not be checked out.

CHECKOUT LIMIT
Limit of 5 books or 2 videos may be checked out at any one time.

OVERDUE FINES
$.10 per day per book for books with a two week loan period. $.25 per hour for overnight books and videos.  No new materials will be checked out to students with overdue materials or fines exceeding $2.50. Any unpaid fines will be added to the student's obligations.

COPY MACHINE
Copy machines are available for student use in the Media Center.  Copies are $.10 each.

MISCELLANEOUS
Please refrain from eating and drinking in the Media Center.
