Determining a career, not just a "job", is one of the most important decisions a person will make in his or her lifetime. The goal is to match one's interests and aptitudes with correlating potential careers, and it is never too early to start exploring these possibilities. Still, with so many options out there, it is very advantageous to get a jump on this process now. This is where Tiger Tracks comes in to help, as an invaluable on-line vocational learning tool that allows our students to access real-world vocational start and growth stories from people right here in our local business community. Think of it as a career day informational presentation with a long shelf life that our students can access anytime that is convenient to them. What better way to get sound vocational information and opinions than from the very people who are living their professions on a daily basis? |
