DONATION ITEMS NEEDED FOR THE ART ROOM

TBA – ITEMS YOU SHOULD BE SAVING: THIS IS A LIST OF 3D ART SUPPLIES AND CERAMICS

The following items MAY BE needed at a later time.  Do not purchase these items until you are instructed to do so.  These items will be needed for future projects – TIME PERMITTING. Scraps of drywall - 12 x 12 inches or larger Foam shapes Mat board (scraps) Found objects – small – paper tubes, plastic bottles, empty plastic food containers, paper boxes 1 LARGE found object to be painted on – chair, foot stool, musical instruments (semester 2) Aluminum foil Wire hangers 5 pop cans Pop can tabs Items to add into hand-made paper – leaves, confetti, other “fancy papers, etc (SEM 2). Broken ceramic cups, plates, cut or whole used/ new tiles – to make a mosaic Broken/ Old Plastic toys, computer parts, tools, bikes, other larger/ non-paper found objects (sem2) Scrap wood – not “treated” – Treated deck wood contains toxic materials when handled. Wire (coated or not – read all labels before bringing in if you have it – some hardware wire contains lead) Left over household (wall) latex paint (water-based) - most ceiling paint contains lead.
