Dear Fellow Loser AP Calculus
Students:
Well... All I can say is that if I made it through an entire year of
calculus with out crying myself to sleep every night, then you can too.
Miss Finn wants me to give you
some kind of advice about how to make it through the class but the only
honest thing I can say is beg and plead for Miss Finn to be your
teacher. I have not heard of any other teacher that will work as hard
as she does to succesfully help you to pass the class. She does not
believe in a failure and will not let you think you are one of them.
Generally speaking, you MUST pay
attention in class (as boring as it might get) and DEFINITELY do your
homework. Even if you don't understand what you are doing, at least
this way your teacher can help you figure out exactly where and what it
is that you are not understanding. I personally DID NOT want to
take this class and Miss Finn knew that, but by paying attention and
participating during class I was able to pass the class with an A. So
if I can do it, then there is NO doubt in my mind that you too.
Good Luck (not that you need it) and have fun your senior year. There
will never be another year like it. DONT let school work get in the way
of enjoying your last year of adolesence and dont let fun get in the
way of being succesfull. Find a middle ground and LIVE IT UP!
Sincerly, Your Previous Fellow Loser
AP Calculus Classmate.... OVER AND OUT!
