Dear Calculus Students,

I think that I would have to say that the key to passing this class is doing the homework. Even if you don’t understand exactly what is going on in the class, by doing your homework you will be able to see exactly what you don’t understand and also know how far you can make it through the section. That will make it easier for the teacher to help you with exactly what you need help with and not waste precious time on something you don’t need any help with. Also, by doing your homework each day, every time there is a homework check that will earn you points. Although it is a small number of points they add up quickly. By doing your homework you will be helping yourself learn what you know so you can get help and you will also perform better on tests. Do your homework and you will not fail this class!

Ms. Finn is a very nice teacher. She will help you if you need help and make sure that you do understand what is going on. She will help you if you are willing to learn. So just try and this year will fly by in ease for you.

Have a great year!!!!

Chapter Seven is amazing!!! (7.1)
