Dear Future Calculus Student,

Welcome to AP Calculus, you’ll have a lot of fun this year, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Miss Finn. The course itself isn’t very hard; just make sure you complete your homework (or at least the majority of it) and pay attention in class. That way you will be able to pass the tests and get through the year. There isn’t much else to the class other than the occasional singing and small projects around any holidays. Remember to keep your notes from the beginning of the year though; they might help when it comes to studying for the AP later on. The AP test itself can seem intimidating but I strongly recommend paying the money to take it, it’s worth it and not as bad as it seems. That’s pretty much it though, don’t fall behind or give up because it will hurt you in the long run no matter what! Good Luck!

                                                                        Sincerely,

                                                                                    A Former Calculus Student
