Key Rules and Regulations

1. All locks must be school issued locks.

2. Lockers should be locked at all times. Valuables should not be brought to class

3. Jewelry should not be worn in class. Ear rings, necklaces, watches and rings all are
pieces of jewelry that may be caught on a piece of equipment and injure student. For safety reasons we recommend
that students not wear jewelry to class.

4. Students are required to be in class on time. A students 1st tardy will result in a warning.
The second tardy will result in a detention and a call home. The third tardy will result in
a referral with the student placed on the step process. For each tardy they’re after a referral
will be made. On the seventh tardy a student may be dropped.

5. Students are expected to dress everyday in a Plainfield Physical Education Uniform and Tennis Shoes. A students first no dress will result in a student warning. The second no dress will result in a detention and a parental contact. The third no dress will result in a referral with the student being place on the step process. A referral will be made for each no dress there after. A student may be dropped from class if they continue not to dress. A student receives-30 points each time they do not dress.

6. No food, gum, or drinks are allowed in locker rooms or any of the physical education
facilities.

7. No vandalism will be tolerated. All equipment is asked to be treated with respect. Misuse
or equipment will result in a referral and the student assuming the cost of the broken
equipment. We appreciate what the public has given us through their tax dollar and strive
to maintain the equipment and the facility in the best manner possible.

8. Respect the rights of all individuals in class. It is an expectation all students will treat
each other’s differences with respect and dignity. It is also an expectation that students
and teachers will treat each other with dignity and respect.

All students were requested to have the following information completed and returned prior to their involvement in activity. Student’s parents were also required sign sheet to verify that they and the student understand rules and regulations of the department.
