Entering an Assessment into Tienet
LOG INTO TIENET www.tienet.ws
Log In
Click on GO
To
Create an Assessment, click on Assessments
Click on your Curriculum Area
Name the test, Enter start and end question numbers, and choose answer choices. Then click Accept.
Click on pencil icon to set cutoff scores.
Choose and enter cutoff scores. Click Save Cutoffs.
Click on Pencil Icon by Response Point Values and enter correct answer values. Click on Save Point Values at the bottom.
Click on Pencil Icon by Curriculum Alignment
Click
on the correct component (State Standard)
Enter the exam questions that are aligned to that component (standard)
It works the same way for State Standards.
You are finished entering your test!!!! You can print this page if you want an answer key and correlation chart. Before leaving this page you must make the assessment “Active”
Click to make it active.
Now
you have to administer the assessment.
Click on Assessment Administration.
Then Click New Assessment Administration.
Choose the test you wish to administer.
Next you have to set a Student Population Filter so click on that.
Click on
Formula Wizard
Click Next
Click on Reference
Choose Teacher
Click the circle by “empty”, then click Next
Click No, accept the formula as shown above, then click next.
Check to make sure the formula says Teacher is EMPTY, click Accept
