Plainfield Community Consolidated District 202 Staff Web Publishing Release Form

In a commitment to the vision of Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202, we prepare learners for the future, district staff have the opportunity to publish curriculum or school-related documents on the Internet for the purpose of enhancing the learning environment of the district. All district-affiliated documents must reside on the district web server.

In compliance with District 202 policy, in order to publish documents, photographs and/or original work, district staff members must sign a release form. Please read the attached District Web Publishing Standards, sign the form below, and return it to your school or district webmaster. Although all material on District 202 web sites are copyrighted by the district, staff members retain authorship of their original work. A copy of the work and/or photograph in consideration is attached.
