Middle School students complete 18 weeks of health curricula. During each year a student will participate in two, three-week sessions for a total of six weeks in a given year. The sessions are integrated into Physical Education. An Integrated Session means a Physical Education Teacher will teach Health units during their scheduled Physical Education classes. The Health Grade will be calculated by points and averaged in with that quarter’s Physical Education grade. All students will have their health rotations during 2 nd and 3 rd quarters. Students will not dress for physical education during their health rotations. Instead each student is expected to come prepared for Health with homework, textbooks, paper, pens/pencils and a folder.
