CAPE -- the Committee of Administration and Parent Groups for Educational Efficiency -- provides and promotes a forum for an open exchange of information and ideas, questions, concerns and suggestions among the district's various parent groups, district administration and community liaisons.
CAPE includes district office administrators, building principals and assistant principals, each school parent group's president and/or co-president, one representative from each parent group, District 202 Board of Education members and district liaison officers.
