Screening
A free developmental screening is a service provided for all preschool children between the ages of three and five years of age who are residents of District 202. The screening assesses skills in personal-social development, communication, small and large muscle coordination, and cognitive development. Parents provide information regarding their child's health and developmental history and any concerns to assist in determining the child's needs. The purpose of the screening is to answer questions parents may have about their child's development and to identify those children who may need further evaluation. An appointment for screening may be scheduled by calling 815-439-4288.
