* Come work on stunts, tumbling, jumps, and technique before try outs. You must have a current physical on file.

 

 

Things to be working on:

- Jumps (Toe Touch, Double Toe Touch, Pike, Hurdlers, Double Nines, Sequences)

- Motions (Arm Placement, Tightness, Closed Fists, Snapping Motions)

-Dance (Rhythm, Timing, Motions, Catching On to Choreography Quickly)

- Cheer (Voice, Motions, Jumps, Tumbling, Remembering Words, Timing)

- Tumbling (Flip Flop, Flip Flop to Tuck, Standing Tuck, Running Passes)

- Stunting Preparation (Flexibility Conditioning, Strength Conditioning, Technique)
