Robert Boryca ATC
Bob Boryca grew up in Bolingbrook, IL and graduated from Bolingbrook High School. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, with an emphasis in Athletic Training, from Eastern Illinois University. He attended graduate school at the University of Northern Iowa as a graduate assistant in Athletic Training working mostly with football and track and field. He has been a certified Athletic Trainer since April of 1996. Bob has a wife and 4 wonderful children who keeps him very busy when at home.
Bob worked at MacArthur High School in San Antonio, TX for 5 years as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and Health education teacher immediately following graduate school. He then moved his family back North becoming the Head Athletic Trainer and Physical Education instructor at Plainfield Central High School. Bob then took the position as Head Athletic Trainer and Physical Education instructor at Plainfield North High School when they opened their doors to students in 2005 and continues to work in that position.
Tina Sunderland ATC
Tina Sunderland grew up in Pekin, IL and graduated from Pekin Community High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education, with an emphasis in Athletic Training, from Western Illinois University. She has been a certified Athletic Trainer since June of 1987.
Tina worked for the Back Rehabilitation center in Peoria, IL for 3 yeas and was in charge of patient rehabilitation. Tina worked at Oswego High School in Oswego, IL for 12 years as an Head Athletic Trainer and Physical education instructor for 12 years. Tina then took the position as Assistant Athletic Trainer and Physical Education instructor at Plainfield North High School when they opened their doors to students in 2005 and continues to work in that position.
