For everyday that you miss you must do one of the following...

Option #1

Use the fitness center. Use the workout coupon and have it signed by your assigned teacher.

Option #2

Write in your own words an article summary of a health or fitness related article. Summary must be one page and length and attached to the article.

Option #3

Attend a PSHS sporting event and report on the event. The report needs to be one page in length. Include observations on teamwork and sportsmanship. Include names, opponents and the outcome of the game.
